Upon a late arrival or when you don't feel like cooking, we have a service which is very near the house and the best thing, they even deliver your breakfast, lunch or dinner right at the doorstep.

The only thing you have to do is make a reservation for the day you wanto use this service and the type of meal you desire.

The food will be delivered at the house and you can enjoy your meal right at your own guesthouse diningtable.

Miranda, Melchior and their two sons run a bed & breakfast two houses away from Maison Ainvelle. They also organise quad tours which you can book during you stay. Explore Ainvelle and the beautiful surroundings in a most unique way.

More dining tips

In the city of Bourbonne Les Bains (only a 10 minute drive from the house) you have several options to go out to diner.
We recommend Herard a hotel restaurant that serves the best meals in the area. The hotel is situated in the main street of Bourbonne Les Bains.

Close to Ainvelle you can eat in a real monastery. 

Restaurant Du Couvent des Cordeliers is good. The restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open on Sundays. Reservations are recommended.

Another tip is to use Google maps and search for nearby restaurants. Just about all the showed restaurants have customer reviews and will give you a good idea where to visit and where not..

Sight seeing &, nature

The area has so much to offer that we hardly know where to start.
For a thermal bath you can visit the town Bourbonne Les Bains. This town thrives on their thermal baths and besides all this you can also visit the local casino.

The city, Langres , is an ancient city surrounded by a great wall which you can walk upon. The city offers you a day of sightseeing, shopping and dining. Besides this there is a big lake where you can spend the day at the beach and enjoy the sunshine.

When you want to spend a day in nature there are many places to visit. First, ofcourse, we have to mention the surrounding forrests in the area of Ainvelle but also the forrest just outside of Bourbonne Les Bain.

A must visit is the lake of Morimond, it is just a 25 minute drive from the house and provides you with nature, a lake and interesting sightseeing with and also the Abbey of Morimond.  A former abbey of the Cistercian in Parnoy-en-Bassigny in the Grand Est region in France. The abbey was founded in 1115 by the abbot Stephen Harding of the Abbey of Cîteaux.
